I understand your anger, but they'll probably just chalk the letter up as a hate mail rant. Better to hit them where it hurts them: viewship & $$$.

You could point out that their reporting is inaccurate because the founding fathers/framers of the Constitution were deists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deism). Remember: our country was founded by people escaping religious persecution (although the puritans certainly took things to a new level of religious persecution over here...).

More importantly, tell them you (and everyone you know of your religious affiliation) are offended at their lack of understanding & tolerance and will now watch another morning show on another network. (I'd name one but I gave up watching tv & the morning shows 2 years ago during the election; and you know, I'm much better informed because of sites like DU.)
