49. Yes, Stolen Election 2000 was the watershed event
That's when the American People were "taken out of the loop," and consequently became "fair game" because we were no longer the last, most just, court of public opinion. The force that could end apartheid and forge peace in the Balkans and N. Ireland.

In fact, the probability of the election theft as a direct cause of 9-11 is not easily dismissible.

One need only note that (actually elected) President Clinton was able to successfully protect us from many attacks, including the Millenium attempts. In that case we were tipped off by Jordanian intelligence.

You have to wonder how anxious other nations were to lend a hand to an election thief, with disdain for the rest of the world, including signed treaties, and such a cozy relationship with the belligerent Ariel Sharon, the Saudi Royals, and the Pakistani strongman.

Actions have consequences.
