... Administration is now totally isolated, and in light of the Hersh article, looking like a collection of crazy loons. Worse yet, an influential think tank in Britain, one that has Blair’s ear, advises that Iran should be treated like Libya, and not Iraq, through a carefully crafted carrots-and-sticks approach.

(I)n the midst of international opposition to a pre-emptive strike on Tehran, and Britain's military commitments around the world, the government maintains it cannot contribute to a military assault. "We will support the diplomatic moves, at best," a Foreign Office source told Scotland on Sunday.

At best? That sounds to me like the Brits may not even support Security Council sanctions against Iran.

"At best" had better be an indication that only legal behavior and absolute respect for the sovereignty of other Nations and the dignity of each person's life will be tolerated.

We need serious dial-back to some form of reason and dialogue.

It is mega-lunacy to consider the use of even one nuclear device, anywhere on this planet.

We need neoconster imperialist criminals to be prosecuted and we need the world to hear, loud and clear, a genuine apology for the atrocities that have been dealt the people of Iraq since March 19, 2003, by a band of rogue crusaders named Bush and Blair, Cheney and Rice, Rummy and Feith, Bolton and Perle, Abu Gonzales and Yoo, and more.
