The rule of lawlessness

The message here is because she's a nobody she deserves the full weight of the law to land on her back. On the other hand if she's got the power nothing she does matters no matter how criminal or wrong. Jay walkers and Litters deserve the death penalty under the present regime war criminals , torturers , oil pirtaes etc. get huge cash rewards and the medal of freedom.
