18. I heard something else about this...
I agree, it's sad. George was definitely affected by his sister's death, but wasn't allowed to mourn. I believe they did tell him, the whole family knew, but they didn't have a funeral and did actually go golfing.

When he was in elementary school, a couple of years after Robin's death, * wrote an essay about her and how sad he was when she died and how he missed her. He got a good grade, and brought it home to show Babs the Battleax. Her beautiful mind overloaded. She scolded him and lectured him about not revealing any family business to outsiders. That included telling other kids at school he was sad his sister died. Apparently emotion wasn't allowed in their house.

No wonder they're all sociopaths.
