not to energize the Republicans. Give me a break. The more Republicans fear Hillary the more I like her. The argument that we don't want to get the other side to turn out is weak and destructive. We democrats have the message that America agrees with. The polls are often wrong as well so don't forget that. In a strong democracy everyone should turn out to vote and we should not fear that. There are so many issues of higher priority than who MIGHT energize the Republicans. I suppose we should not discuss poverty in America, balanced taxes for the rich, our religious values or a host of other issues because that might energize the Republicants. Respectfully, hogwash. Republicans are going down. We know the tricks they will use and should be struggling against those, not trying to nominate a candidate that they can accept.
