2. I heard it the other day
from two farmer guys, typical Kansas Republicans who I have been nurturing along quite successfully until now. Seriously, they met me at the door asking me why they needed to vote for liberals when they were no different than the conservatives. I tried and I tried some more but I could not come up with a good reason. Their comment that the Democrats were just playing politics with the lives of our soldiers was something I could not refute. I give up. I can't support this or those who voted for it or those who stood by to see what way the wind was blowing before they voted.
