1. I think this initiative is

an excellent move and long overdue. If the courts want to "define marriage" to suit the "having children" bullshit, then the law should reflect that criteria. I believe the law should also outlaw divorce and make adultry a felony as well. If marriage is so damned important that it be restricted in legal terms, then the law should go ALL THE WAY in it's restrictions.

Just my two cents.
