Blitzer had a loud and strident Doug Fieth on his show this morning, discussing the IG report and the "alternative" intelligence created by Fieth and a few others. Fieth disagreed "emphatically". He said that the intelligence agencies should be questioned on their intelligence, especially after their recent failures to predict major events. He said he and others "criticized" the intelligence that was given them. He pointed out to Wolf that Senator Levin and others had also "criticized" the intelligence.

And that is the softball that Wolf did not even take a swing at? Perhaps he did not see it? However, the "criticism" from Senator Levin and others did not lead them to create "intelligence" on their own and take our country to war on that "intelligence". Which has now been proven wrong on all counts. There is a big difference and Wolf missed the softball.
