11. Ironically enough
Chimpy had spent the previous evening at a resort hotel in Sarasota. In addition to the usual Secret Service security detail that would be expected with a presidential visit, on this particular occasion, the snipers on the roof were armed with more than guns. They also had surface to air missile launchers. The type of thing one might have if you expected an attack from planes.

And there is also the account of the van full of "middle eastern men" disguised as a TV news crew who attempted to enter the resort early on the morning of 9-11-01, claiming they had arranged for a pool side interview with the Chimp. They didn't get through. Some have speculated this as an assassination attempt, but I don't think Dumbass would have ever been in danger, due to the excuses given by the suspects. Chimpy in front of a camera at 6:00 AM after a morning swim?? Yeah, on what planet??

But if Chimpy wasn't worried about some threat in the first place, why was he camping at a hotel, and not at his brother's house? I'm assuming the governor's mansion had a spare room available.
