you ask the average person what facism is I doubt you'll get a straight answer. Alot of republicans are not the storm troopers that we here at DU make them out to be. If you asked them "does the gov need to be fixe" im sure they would say yes. doubt any of them support a facist movement if you explained to them what it was and showed them that yes it can happen here. The national polls showing bush favorability and the war favorability will show you the same (imagine if the news is telling us favorability around 30 imagine what the real number is) the repubs want to get this country back and they need us to help them put our government in the right context.
