1. There will always be a way to circumvent surveillance
to a determined criminal organization that is truly dangerous. What if blackwater were to move it's operations underground? Or some other radical right organization? They could blindside our anti-terrorism network because Bush has put them in charge of it. While intelligence agencies listen in on 12 year-old kids making butt jokes about president Hillary, inside operatives could doing horrible things. Those are the homegrown terrorists I fear.
