has always given them immunity when a warrant was obtained but that wasn't acceptable to Bu$hCo, they wanted to do things their own way and some of the telecoms were dumb enough to go along with it. With all the legal resources that large multinational telecommunications companies have there is absolutely NO excuse for them to have done that, so they are just as culpable as Bu$h.
