22. Here's something significant: FBI had been wiretapping Bayoumi and Thumiery since 1998

Why were these guys under electronic surveillance, and why didn't the Bureau pick up on the arrival of Nawaf al-Hazmi and Khalid al-Midhar?

See, p. 515 of the 9/11 Commission Report, Notes to Chapter 7, para. 1: http://www.faqs.org/docs/911/911Report-532.html

The deeper significance of Bayoumi is that the funds he used to house al-Hazmi and al-Midhar, the Flt. 77 hijackers, was money dispensed from the Riggs Bank account in the name of the wife of Ambassador Bandar.

Bandar manages the biggest Saudi slush fund -- "Yamamah" -- funds from which, apparently, were used for the 9/11 attacks.

Bandar is now in deep for his threatenng comments to Blair about potential prosecution for bribery in the UK with the BAE-Yamamah slush funds, and his accounts in the US have also been frozen.

Something BIG is coming down, soon.
