Yes there is a Law that states American agents can not assassinate anyone. Yes the USA is now ignoring that law and apparently the candidates running for President are comfortable with that Law Breaking. Obama stated in the debate last night that the Administration did the right thing by killing that man in Pakistan against the government of Pakistan's wishes..He said he would do much more of that...:shrug:
