Toilet paper.

I bought a 24 pack of the toilet paper we get. Not that feels-like-cotton stuff you can make a tee-shirt out of. We buy basic stuff made to break down quickly so it doesn't muck up the drain or the local lagoon. Anyway, I bulk buy, meaning that I get toilet paper about every two months. Well, I was putting the new purchase in the cabinet and pulled out the last roll of the old stuff. A roll of my new purchase was a full half-inch narrower than the old and three-fourths the girth of it.

I guess the economy is in the proverbial sh*tter.
