India and japan have just put up lunar satellites as well as China
this is a new turn of events before Russia and US were the only players in Space

but Japan's Parliament want policies on ET's

as a result the UN has had secret sessions with US Airforce commanders on how to handle the situation
and with the other countries on how to inform the public because it has been said that the ET's told the government that to get the public ready or they will do it for them with a major event. They are worried about the Earth's health and are upset. The governments have been warned and given time frame,
