5. Thinking about that, if David Beckham freely admits that, he might be providing
his son a very good role model. Some people are smart, some are not as smart. Some people can play soccer like David Beckham can now, very few can play like he could 7 or 10 years ago. Sounds like he has an understanding of how lucky he is for his physical abilities to have provided for him. As far as the role model part, I'm sure it's better to teach children by example but if you know you've made mistakes you can use them to teach as well.
