President's Oath

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Congressional Oath

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.

The soldier goes to jail if he doesn't live up to his oath, so why is the president or any congress person any better than our soldiers? The soldier does not swear on the Bible but Congress and the president do.

The fact that Bush lied("Shaded The Truth")to the soldiers, just like he lied to you and me, makes Bush the one who was and is in the wrong, regarding the wreckless invading and occupying Iraq. It's congress's job to protect every American from ANY criminals who commit high crimes and misdemeanors in or against our Constitution and nation. It's the soldier's job to go where the CiC sends him and if he does not do the job that he swore to do, he can and will be punished.(unless of course that soldier's daddy is GHW Bush)
