I know there are just so many choices to choose from when deciding on the worst moment of the Bush administration. However, I think history will most hate him for his absolute refusal to act on global warming and his politicization of science. If global warming is even half as bad as some of these climate experts are saying it will endanger the lives of millions through drought and famine,and devastate ecological diversity on our planet. There are even some scientists who are saying it's already too late to act, and we are locked into global warming.
