When you do a job, you are expected to abide by your employer's rules while doing that job. Don't like it? Get the rules changed, however you can. Can't do that? Suck it up and do your job, or quit and do something else that suits you better. He may not have liked junk mail, but that's the breaks - he was still obligated to deliver it. I don't like dealing with that crap any more than anyone else here, but this guy NEEDED to be made an example of.
