107. If you were a small business owner you might see BBM as vital to your
business. Sure it is wasteful, and they should use recycled paper when possible. We need to look at the environmental impact of what we do, but we also must make it possible for people to feed their families. A lot of people depend on that piece of junk mail, from the worker who plants the trees for paper production, through to the retailer who makes a sale based on the coupon sent by way of BBM.

A lot of tough choices have to be made. I hate junk mail too, but it might be the only way a retailer can reach his potential customers in these tight times.
