4. Quite a few of the intolerants view birth control and abortion

as equivalent evils. They could not care less that an enlightened program of sexual education and access to birth control would vastly reduce the abortion rate. In fact they would, if they were honest about it, oppose such policies because they reduce abortion rates. They need the abortion issue kept alive in order to advance their intolerant agenda.
