Being gay ISN'T a sin. Having gay sex is a sin. The late JP II -- whom I had a MAJOR problem with -- even decried discrimination and targeting of gays. Pope Rat and his boys are making a major shift in the Vatican's stance on being gay. And, if they start purging gay priests like they keep saying, there will be about 15% of priests left.
