to cede our power to the very few, and expect them to magically do what we expect with absolutely no input, and no responsibility of our own. That there is no such thing as 'we the people'. That the division in our government is a reflection of we the people. That the only way to pressure government to do the right thing is to gather support from a large chunk of the populace to effectively have a voice. That there is absolutely no willingness on the part of we the people to do that.
