Encouragement is fine. I'm cool with that.

However, "enforce military registration of all eligible Americans" seems to include women. I haven't served in the military, and maybe it's prejudiced to say this, but the military seems to be not always kind to women. I don't think we have such a shortage that we need to register women. Increased pay and benefits would be enough of an encouragement to draw more soldiers, women included.
