and he supports the right of people to sue for malpractice. He has seen the results of it.
Doctors we know support tort reform because they think it will make their insurance premiums go down which it won't. We pay a fortune in malpractice insurance. The reform needs to be with the insurance companies. They do not give a doc the choice to fight the claim. It is cheaper for them to pay it off.
