My sense is that Podesta doesn't want to "go there" right now because Obama needs to get his Simulus passed and the RW is already crawling over him. Imagine if Podesta said: "Yes, we are going to immediately Prosecute the Bush/Cheney/Rumsfeld regime for WAR CRIMES. Limbaugh and the the McCorporate Media would be all over him like flies on honey...and they'd go after Obama like they did Clinton. Vince Foster and dead bodies...and whatever they would dig up.

You have to listen to the whole two parts of the video to get the STRATEGY. And, I'm a Progressive who won't rest until their sorry ASSES ARE HAULED BEFORE THE COURTS...but it takes time and patience to build the case and get the facts. Our Economy is Imploding.
