If our legally elected President, Al Gore hadn't been blocked by the Supreme Court from taking the oath of office, I'm certain it would have been foremost on his agenda as well and we might have had the beginnings of national health care eight years ago because he would have used the surplus for it instead of tax cuts for the rich and war.
