These are actual Battle Flags flown by "Colored" troops raised in Pennsylvania. "Colored" troops were numbered on a national basis during the Civil War, while other state raised troops (i.e. White troops) were given state designation (i.e. 1st Pennsylvania, 2 Pennsylvania etc)
