3. The Sharia punishment would depend on whether they could prove intent.
The sex, under Sharia law, was legal. The death wasn't.

If the murder was unintentional (he raped her, but didn't mean to kill her), the punishment would be the payment of blood money to her family. Her "value" would be calculated, and he would be forced to repay them for their lost daughter.

If the murder was intentional, the punishment is death. Her father, of course, will have the option of forgiving the murder, if the "husband" agrees to pay the blood money anyway.

In other words, don't look to Sharia law for justice. There isn't any to be found for her there.
