American land us does kind of suck sometimes, doesn't it? My wife's aunt lives in Reston Virginia, a DC burb, and I was very impressed with her neighborhood. Multiuse residential and light commercial, but so well planned. riding trails, parks, woods, natural settings. A well designed community with aesthetics foremost is pretty good in my book.
