quite laughable. When you ask people on the street. Which I've done many times including some of my own relatives who support statehood. They tell you they don't want to learn to speak English or for it to become the primary language in school. English is taught as a second language and the majority of people do not speak it fluently. I suggest you go back and do some homework. Before trying to sound clever.
