20. BP did essentially what Exxon did when the Exxon Valdez spilled oil. They werent being forced to
follow the rules. We really have nothing to say if we, you and me, dont demand that Congress establish strong regulations, and then fund the enforcement. Corporations can not self regulate. There is no way to force them to self regulate.

This should be a warning that Bush/Cheeney left some booby-traps. There are many more out there. I hope Pres Obama learned his lesson. Go looking for the booby-traps before they destroy your country. Plez Pres Obama, get rid of the Bush holdovers.
