What is happening in Arkansas re Holder/Lincoln voting? This

really disturbs me that voters are losing 40 voting places and are down to two, in favored Holder territory no less. Have election officials been notified,have Feds been advised, any news. Lincoln is desperate but this is such an obvious attempt to election fraud and so transparent. Any news would be appreciated.
