At first I thought it was stand alone without other correlation, but it correlates to some other stuff, so it could be com chatter, by CGI, first guess.

Or anomoly by synchronicity.

Not sure, but the intent based on my perception is it is not of the best of intents, although I see how it fits into a narrative. and how it most likely distorts that narrative.




If CGI, the intent makes sense, although it should be proven to be CGI for that effect to occur. Then it could cast doubt on non CGI events.

Here is the thing, there are some elements to patterns that are normal, and some that are not, and it is usually pretty easy to feel which is which, unless it is normal but done by bad ideology, then it is both CGI and anomoly, since it has both effects, although very low power in that case since it uses trickery also.

So not sure on that video, although I think I know the intent of it, distortion.
