74. Yep. Too many people think Politics is screaming one's beliefs.

I say REAL politics is LIVING one's beliefs, being the change one wants to see in the world, and helping other do the same.

We need to relearn what TRUE community is, what TRUE civil society is, and stop thinking of ourselves as a collection of atomistic individuals. We are all in this together. We understood this in the 30's, but ever since the 70s most have forgotten that basic truth.
