it`s in the homeland security dept. no one in the coast guard or the navy wanted th CG to be in homeland security but they were forced there. i get the feeling they are getting pushed around by someone in the homeland security that is buying BP`s bullshit. i don`t think any admiral in our navy would be their lackeys unless it was a direct order from the president
