The Obamas reused many Christmas ornaments from previous White House trees rather than buy new ones (2009)

The Obamas used LED energy-saving lights on White House Christmas tree (2009)

This is window dressing because on the big issues like financial reform, healthcare "insurance" reform and endless wars he has failed.

And to your comments that Obama doesn't run the country - if he doesn't as you say, then he doesn't get credit for anything.
