4. Meshuga, it is worse than Rio
Statistics show crime in Caracas is a lot higher than Rio de Janeiro. This crime took place in Puerto Cabello, a relatively small town due West of the city, on the coast - my guess is they have a lower crime rate than Caracas, where we've seen more than 50 murders in one weekend. Sometimes the morgue gets so full, a multitude of relatives stands outside waiting to identify the corpses, or take them away. It's bedlam.
