None other than El Tiempo is reporting today that Castrillón is being investigated in the murders of four "false positives" in 2004.

The good colonel was to have shown up to testify in a Colombian court this past Dec. 8 and 9. He was a no-show because the army told the prosecutor Castrillón was on a mission at the OAS.

Castrillón, according to the charges against him, signed off on an operation that resulted in the deaths of four young men, later presented as guerrillas.
