Looks like the BFEE took care of their "Nigerian Prince" problem <cough>

Honestly, the chances of Crashcart ever being frogmarched into a court room...espeically one in a country such as Nigeria...were slim to none and slim wasn't looking very good. There is no way this government would extradite him and with his health so frail I doubt he'd be traveling anywhere like Pinochet did to be apprehended. Thus looks like the Nigerians took the money and ran. Better than getting nothing.
