neither did in Israel, England and a slew of other countries.

There will be some one sided conversations between ranking sergeants and officers and lower people on the totem pole... about conduct and all that. But even those will be far less than people in the service expect.

I know I had one of those talks... with one of my older Medics... It was not the nicest day at work but we all had a clear understanding of expectations, and in the end him and our young guy who was gay ended up being good friends,. No, not immediately, but it did happen
