He was a teenager & young adult..

and today we routinely try 13-15 yr olds as ADULTS when they commit a crime..

Wonder what Ole Haley's stance on juvenile justice is these days...

By the time one is about 10 yrs old, their "moral compass" has been set by the adults in their lives..
