Everyone should know what corrupt assholes cops can be and what little regard for the law they can have. I would find it hard not to laugh in that situation. A cop not being able to run down a big bad pothead. One of the greatest Olympic Gold medalists in recent history smokes pot. Yeah, it's so evil.
