1. Maybe he's been hanging in there so he could vote for the Schiavo |
|
bill. He'll do anything for the GOP agenda.

14. This man should be home in bed, NOT on the bench |
|
Medical experts said it was a remarkable feat for an 80-year-old to have cancer, undergo weeks of radiation and chemotherapy and then feel well enough to return to the bench.
Remarkable indeed! When my mother went thru chemo and radiation she was on so many different types of meds (not the least of which were Xanax and Vicoden, with access to liquid morphine if she needed it) she could barely function. And she was 15 years younger than Rehnquist.
I don't think this man should be making decisions when he's going thru, or recovering from cancer treatment, that could affect the future of the country for decades. Truly, this man is frightening enough when he's not on meds.

6. Let's all insist that the sorry bastard be kept on life support |
|
so that he "suffer the passion of the Rhenquist." If anyone deserves to suffer a long and very painful death it would be him.

8. Frankly, I hope that he |
|
toughs it out for the rest of Bush's term. There's not much reason why he would not resign at this point; I believe that he wants to deny Bush an SC appointment. I will be very surprised if Rehnquist helps the Bushies out with the Shiavo case. I wouldn't be at all surprised if the SC refuses to hear the case.
There are those that believe that Rehnquist is "Deep Throat." The fact that Deep Throat is reportedly gravely ill at this point only adds fuel to that speculation.

12. I think your right about this "Deep Throat" thing |
|
his SC appointment is the reason it's been kept secret for so long.
