ST. PETERSBURG. March 22 (Interfax) - Russian Defense Minister Sergei Ivanov said that no negotiations are currently being held on U.S. experts inspecting Russia's nuclear facilities.

"We are not discussing any possible inspections of Russian nuclear facilities by U.S. experts," Ivanov told journalists in St. Petersburg on Tuesday.

Their fake concern over terrorism is just an excuse to move their military arsenal across the globe, and bet ur ass they got nukes all over the globe now
