Finkelstein's Anti-Clinton Effort Begins
ALBANY, N.Y. -- The "Stop Her Now" effort of veteran Republican operative Arthur Finkelstein was being launched Friday with telephone calls aimed at "spreading the truth about Hillary Clinton and her dangerous plans for our country."
...
That message is reinforced by Black in his telephone appeal, according to a script he provided to the AP. The message says the new group is "dedicated to spreading the truth about Hillary Clinton _ her dangerous ideas and plans for our country. It's called Stop Her Now because that is exactly what we intend to do."

"I am sure you have seen the way Hillary is trying to redefine herself as a moderate, and the liberal media is doing everything they can to help her," Black says in the recorded message. "Isn't this the same person who championed socialized medicine and higher taxes while her husband was the president?"....

"Stop Her Now is spearheading a nationwide campaign to educate every American and expose Hillary Clinton as the radical socialist she really is," according to the telephone message.

"That's why we are launching a massive media blitz and public education campaign," it continues. "We can't let the liberal national media give Hillary Clinton a free ride."

7. I'm confused? Which "her"? Hillary or Finkelstein?
Word is that Artie Finkelstein is the "missus" in his partnership.

You just have to love the hypocrisy of a man who wants the benefits of a gay marriage, yet shills for a party whose most potent unifying theme is hatred -- of Hillary, of liberals, of gays, of reason -- and whose whose more radical members would love to see Artie and his fellow "homosexual menaces" rounded up, send by frieght car to Camp Reagan in some remote corner of, say, Alabammy, and sent to the showers for as nice disinfectant Zyklon B treatment.

18. I agree, people will see this as
a bully picking on a female. Let them at it, in the long run it will help, not harm her.

Another DUer made the image for me. If you can find a site that will make custom bumper stickers out of images, your free to swipe it though.

10. Bullshit!
Hillary is their (the republicans) favorite candidate. They love to hate her because Hillary energizes the republican base like no one else can. There's no democratic in America they'd rather have run. Hillary is their candidate not ours!

12. Agreed. Let them attack all they want.
I couldn't care less what they say about Hillary.

With her warmongering and right wing positions on abortion and outsourcing, she's as much a liability to us as she is a boon to GOP organizing efforts.

13. Wait. Would this be the same "liberal national media"
that practically went through her underwear drawers every five minutes for eight years? The same "liberal national media" that presented every half-assed rumor about her as ABSOLUTE FACT for eight years? The same "liberal national media" that hooted her down when she had the NERVE to talk about the Vast Reich Wing Conspiracy?

Would this be the same "liberal national media" that's been giving bu$hler a pass on everything while it gave Hillary a pass on NOTHING?

Is that the "liberal national media" in question here?

:argh:

14. We've all seen his "work" already...
Finkelstein's signature style emerges through the ads he creates. Two recent adds brand Democrats as liberals: "Call liberal Paul Wellstone. Tell him it's wrong to spend billions more on welfare," one ad states.

"That's liberal," says another. "That's Jack Reed. That's wrong. Call liberal Jack Reed and tell him his record on welfare is just too liberal for you."

"That's the Finkelstein formula: just brand somebody a liberal, use the word over and over again, engage in that kind of name-calling," said Democratic consultant Mark Mellman.
(snip/...)

....to cover up their tracks???? I mean get the news and people focused upon Hill, while the repukes go about destroying America UNREPORTED. Also, the repukes support numbers are dropping. This is a way to boost them back up.

17. Such a hyprocrite.
This man recently married his partner of 40 years. He was quoted as saying, "I believe that visitation rights, health care benefits and other human relationship contracts that are taken for granted by all married people should be available to partners." Where is that in the Republican platform?

And I'm sure he recognizes the extreme hypocrisy in attacking the very woman who tried to give him some of those rights several years ago. But he is a loyal servant of the regime and hopes to be rewarded for his loyalty uber alles.

I want to hear how having everybody covered is bad and that being the richest nation on earth with the most advanced medicine is only 26th in delivery. I want to hear how it is good that Canada has a lower neonatal mortality rate then the US and how that is good for this country. I want to hear how we spend more money on health care per capita than any other nation and still have millions not covered and are paying co-pays and deductibles and still have to wait to see a specialist and on and on...

I think the tax rates on the wealthy should go back to the rates between FDR and Kennedy, roughly 95%. The U.S. financed WWII on the backs of the wealthy, it forced them to take part in this country, not just take part of the country. It would allow George to finance his war and other economic ideas. It would allow the wealthy to actually take part in the war on terror while avoiding sending their children. We know how the hate sending their children off to war, that is dirty work for the common man. But when they do, they expect to be considered honorable men who fought valiantly in the name of freedom while crashing their plan into the Pacific, bailing out and letting the rest of the crew die.

on edit:Is this the 15,000,000 post? LOL

23. Anyone these rat bastards hate with this much vitriol is a friend of mine.
And anyone who views this differently should examine whether this fight is REALLY about ideology. If you believe it is, then you are missing the real story. Hillary is one of the good guys.
