The FBI has interviewed several dozen Bush administration officials, including a top presidential adviser and the White House press secretary, in its investigation of a leak involving the identity of a CIA undercover officer, but no grand jury subpoenas have yet been issued, government sources said yesterday.

McClellan has specifically denied that any of three prominent White House officials -- Rove, Vice President Cheney's Chief of Staff I. Lewis Libby and National Security Council official Elliott Abrams -- had leaked the information or authorized leaks.
Bush has said he hopes Justice investigators get to the bottom of the case, but he also noted that it is possible the leaker will never be identified. =======================
if the whistleass can't find Bin-laden, Saddam and WMD's - does anyone believe that a leaker will be found?
on the bright side - Rove's name is getting headlines in connection with the leak - and by innuendo he's being identified as the leaker
