1. Even Bush and company get it now (e.g., Rumsfeld's memo).
I'm convinced that they will 1) squeeze as much money out of our national treasury for their corporation friends and sponsors as humanly possible (that's a lot!); 2) buy up all Iraq's corporations and resources at rock-bottom prices; 3) set up a puppet provisional government; and 4) declare victory. Lots of troops will come home, parades will ensue, etc. Iraq will be off the front pages and people will forget about it. Bush will be re-selected in 2004. Hooray for democracy!

5. they cant buy up the companies
it's against the Hague convention... not that something like respect of international law has stopped the Shrubberies in the past.

3. Amazing
It's amazing how the deaths of our soldiers are getting less and less airtime each day. Fox assumes that Scott Peterson is far more important that what is going on in Iraq (at least that's what they want us to think).
